when I try the link to setup my profile, it automatically loops to internet explorer, and shows a blank screen as you said. How do I make it so that it opens in chrome?
@JGL, if you right-click on the button, you can then select "Copy Hyperlink" and paste that into Chrome. That's what I did.

we have more than 4 administrative assistants who would be doing scheduling. would be extremely helpful if there was an ability to have all of them schedule meetings and not be restricted to 4.

Is there a way to test this system with fellow attendees within our organization (schedule meeting, trial zoom meetings) before NY. If not, then the first time we are going to experience the system is a "live" meeting.

How does having a live stream video on your booth (or any other interesting graphics), help to generate traffic/attract attention? Do attendees need to be in the "exhibitor" tab to see any of this? In other words, how do you grab attention visually?
Sorry, yes! At the time, we were reviewing the "Enter Virtual Tradeshow Booth" button. I was referring to entering that link to host our webinars we might want to market for the event.
Explain again please - if I have 5 booth attendees and they all want to have a meeting at 2:00 pm - is that possible? I don't understand breakout rooms

I understand 1 person cant be in more than 1 meeting at a time during deal making, however cant more than 1 meeting occur at the same time during the deal making hours by each staff mamber
Can you demonstrate how an admin can set up a 1x1 meeting on behalf of numerous executives - whose Zoom account is used ? Do we log in as the executive.
